About Us

Godo Initiation and Performance Ltd. was established in 1991 by Dr. Tomer Goodovitch to encourage entrepreneurship in the field of infrastructure and transportation. The company objective is to provide services to public bodies and private companies engaged in complex projects that require specialization in planning, management and execution.

The Company

The company provides planning and research services, project management and supervision in the fields of infrastructure and transportation. The company has extensive experience in building business plans, market research, project management, control and supervision of operations and maintenance in the field of land transport: railways (LRT, HRT and Metro), parking and roads facilities, and aviation (airports and routes development).

Project Management

Since its establishment, the company has carried out services of project management research and design for public and private entities in Israel and abroad, including the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality, Tel Aviv University, the Ministries of Transport, Finance, Tourism, and Industrial Development & Trade, Arkia Airlines, Maya Tours, Phoenix Aviation, Zeevi Group, Shafir Civil and Construction, Parsons Transportation Group, Veolia Environnement, EGIS Rail, and more.

Operations Research

We use analytical method of problem-solving and decision-making that is useful to our client in the management of their activities. We use computer-based models (BI, tableau) to identify and solve problems by broking it down into basic components which can be characterized, analyzed, classified and then solved in defined steps by statistical and mathematical analysis

Our target is to provide Initiation, planning, Executing, Operation, Monitoring, and Consulting services design to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time using dedicated team with full commitment end-to-end. We provide planning, modelling and design services and expertise in the different phases of a projects through to implementation, construction, operation and maintenance, by providing a range of techniques and tools involve scheduling, economics, environmental, behavior and quality considerations

Technical Consulting

We provide Services by expert staff for private companies and public agencies aiming expertise in technology to deliver second opinion, information and alternatives during the tendering, design, construction and operation of a project.
